Our Story
My name is Susan, and for over 14 years I have dedicated myself to helping individuals and families regain control of their homes and their lives. With occasional (and often frequent) assistance from my husband, Vlad, we work side by side to make what can feel overwhelming become manageable and rewarding.
The cleanout process is never easy. It can be emotional, physically demanding, and time-consuming. But it also brings tremendous relief and a renewed sense of clarity. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed numerous sales designed to help clients downsize their collections, whether those items were carefully curated over time, considered overstock, or simply accumulated through the years.
My experience includes organizing and selling:

After retiring from a 33-year career, I quickly realized that staying still wasn’t for me. I felt called to continue serving families in a meaningful way. What began as helping others clean out, move, and downsize naturally evolved into a deeper involvement in estate sales and online auctions.
Today, I am excited to embrace this new chapter, combining years of hands-on experience with the growing world of online estate sales, while continuing to provide the same compassion, organization, and professionalism my clients have come to trust.
